Took a bit to figure out the controls and read that you should dampen the heaters before using. I got it because over the past two years, I have lost most feeling in both arms, shoulders, most of my head and upper torso (it is a numbness that is hard to explain). Anyway, my mom had seen an ad and said I should try it. It was much cheaper than a nerve conduction test so I thought it was worth a shot. I've been using once a day for a couple of weeks now. It seems to be doing something because my middle fingers seem to be regaining some feeling in them so I will keep using it and hopefully I will return to normal eventually.
